** Responsibilities:
*** Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives
* Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
* Oversee integrated projects across various sectors including paid media, creative, and others
* Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content
* Supervise staff junior to you by motivating, coaching and consistently providing feedback
* Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs
* Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation
* Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals
* Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman’s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

* Basic Qualifications:

*** At least two years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including marketing, advertising, media and publishing
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously
* Ability to develop communications plans, implement communications tactics and impart knowledge to more junior team members
* Strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player
