Our industry‑leading team includes 200+ team members supporting 50+ clients with services spanning content production, experiential and event marketing, hospitality, brand and partnership consulting, creative, social and digital marketing, and platform development. We also own and operate event properties across the professional and collegiate sports landscape, focused on sports including basketball, football, golf, pickleball, and volleyball.
Intersport is seeking to add a smart and driven marketer to its Partnerships & Experiences (P&E) team. The P&E team is integral to providing existing clients with a variety of solutions to help them reach their business and brand objectives. The Account Exec. (AE), or Senior Account Exec. (SAE), is responsible for a breadth of responsibilities spanning program strategy, management, and execution for the client they are assigned and ensures that work is provided in a high‑quality, timely, cost‑effective manner.
The AE, or SAE, is expected to assist on various aspects of a piece of business as well as lead select program deliverables and should be someone seeking ownership and corresponding accountability for responsibilities focused in the area of event marketing.

- Work effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver executional excellence
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding and a passion for his/her clients’ industry, business, consumer and brands, including an understanding of their competitive set and industry while updating them on industry trends and best practices
- Establish himself/herself as a trusted strategic business partner to the client and agency partners
- Demonstrate mature presence in meetings and client interaction
- Lead coordination and administration of regular conference calls
- Create and maintain administrative documents in a clear, concise and detailed manner for client and agency backup including points of view, recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
- Manage the creative and production briefing process
- Accountable for managing legal process such as contract administration
- Produce research and competitive analysis
- Actively contribute in brainstorming and idea generation sessions with cross‑functional teams
- Manage and execute live events and event operations and the corresponding client communication and vendor management
- Ensure event‑related strategy development and sell‑in
- Lead on‑site program execution including staff training, vendor management, troubleshooting and reporting
- Participate in occasional travel and evening/weekend work is required
- Support the development and assist in the management of program budgets to achieve client needs and remain on targeted budget
- Provide clear, timely and accurate financial reporting (e.g. invoicing, reconciliation, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with all members of integrated internal and external teams
- Help train/provide feedback to junior team members
The targeted salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000, depending on full‑time, non‑internship professional relevant experience. AE requires 2 to 4 years’ experience; SAE requires 4 to 6 years’ experience.
