The Associate Manager, eCommerce supports the execution of eCommerce growth initiatives across key accounts, pure play and intermediary partners, with a strong focus on end to end digital shelf optimization. This role helps manage and syndicate eCommerce assets across retailer platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent brand representation. Partnering cross-functionally, the Associate Manager supports asset localization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement aligned to the broader eCommerce roadmap to drive sales growth.
Accountabilities:
- Own the development, syndication, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of eCommerce content and assets across retailers.
- Conduct content audits and proactively identify and resolve PDP health and content quality issues.
- Support e‑commerce execution across Key Accounts, Pure Play, and 3P intermediary platforms.
- Partner with the Global Shopper Marketing team to localize, deploy, and maintain eCommerce assets for U.S. retailers
- Partner cross-functionally with media team & Key Accounts to support execution of the annual eCommerce programming calendar and related digital activations
- Asist with direct‑to‑consumer strategy and execution via Amazon for MABI Non‑Alc brands

Qualifications, Education, &
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree & 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience with eCommerce content management, Shopper Marketing programming, prior eCommerce and/or Alc/Bev experience is preferred
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- Experience with Digital Shelf and Content Syndication platforms
- Working knowledge of Salsify and Profitero or similar tools
- Experience with eCommerce content & SEO
- Strong analytical skills
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
