Role:
Senior Manager, Value & Access Strategic Planning and Pull/Push-Through, supporting the development and execution of strategies to optimize patient access and brand performance for Teva's innovative medicines.
- translate payer strategies, formulary changes, and reimbursement insights into actionable field programs;
- lead creation and deployment of access-focused marketing materials;
- partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, medical, and analytics;
- oversee field enablement, manage performance metrics, and lead project teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or health sciences;
- minimum of 6 years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare, with experience in market access, payer marketing, or commercial operations;
- strong understanding of US payer landscape, reimbursement, and formulary management;
- proven ability to develop marketing content, influence cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects.
High-Value: focus on innovative medicines, market access and formulary strategies; support for product launches; approximately 15% domestic travel; salary range $140K-$175K. Work Setup: remote with travel.
