Account Supervisor, Corporate Reputation Communications
Hybrid preferred near a major office (NYC, Chicago, or DC); fully remote EST/CST candidates considered for contract term
ASAP
Contract, 3 months (Contract-to-Hire preferred)
$60-65/hr W2

This role supports healthcare communications and corporate reputation work for a global enterprise client, partnering closely with an integrated account team to develop high-quality communications materials and manage day-to-day client relationships.
Job Summary- Support two key work streams spanning executive positioning, corporate reputation, and social impact communications.
- Develop strong first drafts of executive and corporate communications materials, including briefing documents, video scripts, executive social content, presentations, internal communications, and external messaging.
- Support communications surrounding high-profile corporate moments, including executive announcements and quarterly/business updates.
- Adapt messaging and communications tactics based on the specific audience, stakeholder, executive, and channel.
- Develop and refine presentations and decks used to socialize recommendations and initiatives with senior leadership.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across concurrent work streams.
- Create and maintain agendas, status updates, meeting recaps, action items, and project documentation to keep teams aligned and work moving forward.
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner, providing clear updates and proactively identifying next steps.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members while independently taking ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Support corporate reputation and social impact initiatives, including external partnerships and enterprise-wide programs.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail across all client-facing work.
- Approximately 5–8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related communications discipline.
- PR/communications agency experience strongly preferred, ideally at the Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor, or comparable level.
- Experience supporting corporate reputation, executive communications, corporate positioning, or enterprise communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with demonstrated ability to turn direction into a strong first draft.
- Experience writing communications for senior executives and tailoring messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Strong project and account management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mentality.
- Polished and confident in client-facing environments, including providing status updates and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry is highly valued; direct pharmaceutical experience is not required.
- Healthcare communications and/or social impact experience is a plus.
- Collaborative team player who is comfortable working within a lean, senior-level account team.
• Experience with or passion for social impact communications.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level corporate reputation programs.
