Department Overview Our Brand, Creative and Customer Experience team is looking for a trend-obsessed, data-informed Social Media Manager to own our brand’s digital presence. This isn't just about posting pictures; it’s about building a community, sparking conversations, and staying three steps ahead of the ever-changing  this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across all social platforms, turning our brand strategy into "scroll-stopping" content.

You will lead a team that drives awareness and produces thumb stopping content.

Job Description Content Creation & Curation:
Concept, script, and produce high-quality social content (specifically short-form video like Reels/Tik Tok) that resonates with our target audience.

Community Management:
Actively engage with our community. This means responding to comments, managing DMs, and fostering a "human" connection with our followers.

Social Strategy:
Develop and execute a platform-specific strategy that balances brand awareness, community growth, and traffic goals.

Social Listening:
Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural moments to ensure our brand remains relevant and timely.

Reporting & Insights:
Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can optimize for ROI.

Qualifications:

Platform Expertise:
You know the nuances of Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, Facebook and X inside and out—you don’t just use them; you understand their "vibe."Strategic Wit:
You have a knack for finding the intersection between a viral trend and our brand's unique value proposition.

Analytical Mind:
You aren't afraid of the "Insights" tab. You can translate data into an actionable plan.

Excellent project management skills; organized and able to multitask and work under short deadlines.

High energy: a desire to learn and a drive to excel.

Passionate and motivated team player.

Excellent problem-solving skills. Demo reel/portfolio required, demonstrating social media strategy and cutting edge engagements.#LI-JS3#LI-HYBRIDTarget Base Salary Range: $110,000-$115,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Basic Requirements5+ years of experience in social media and 1+ years of management/leading a team Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
