Account Executive, Corporate Digital

As an Account Executive, Digital supporting Corporate clients at Zeno, you will support digital communications programs that help companies and executives build visibility, share their perspectives and connect with the audiences that matter. Working closely with clients and integrated teams, you will contribute to corporate and executive social media, thought leadership, digital storytelling, social listening and measurement.
This role is ideal for a digital communications professional who enjoys writing, research and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to develop content, manage editorial programs, uncover digital insights and build expertise in how social and digital communications can strengthen corporate reputation and executive visibility.
About the Role:- Corporate Social & Digital Storytelling:
Develop social content for corporate brands and executives, translating business priorities, corporate narratives and complex topics into clear, engaging communications across Linked In and other relevant platforms. - Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership:
Support executive social and thought leadership programs by identifying timely topics, conversations and opportunities that help leaders share meaningful perspectives with their audiences. - Content Planning & Program Execution:
Develop and maintain editorial calendars, content plans and approval workflows while helping coordinate publishing and day-to-day program execution. - Research, Social Listening & Digital Insights:
Conduct audience, competitor, executive and industry research while monitoring social conversations, news and emerging trends to identify relevant opportunities and potential risks. - Measurement & Performance:
Monitor social and digital performance, support client reporting and identify trends and learnings that inform content recommendations and program optimization. - Client & Team
Collaboration:
Support client meetings, presentations and project timelines while partnering across earned media, creative, paid media, analytics and strategy teams to deliver integrated communications programs.
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, corporate communications, B2B marketing or a related field within an agency or similar environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing social content for brands, organizations or executives.
- Experience with Linked In and an understanding of how companies and executives use social platforms to build visibility and engage audiences.
- Experience conducting digital research, social listening, competitive analysis or social media monitoring.
- Familiarity with social and digital performance metrics and the ability to identify trends that inform content and program recommendations.
- Understanding of how organic social, paid amplification and earned media can work together within integrated communications programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple assignments, timelines and priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
- Curiosity about business, media, culture and the evolving role of digital communications in corporate reputation.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas and continue building digital expertise.
- Previous agency experience.
- Experience supporting corporate, B2B or executive communications programs.
- Familiarity with Linked In Campaign Manager or other paid social platforms.
- Experience with social listening, publishing or measurement platforms such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr or similar tools.
