This role is within Essence Mediacom, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in driving breakthroughs for the world’s best brands through data-driven media and creative strategies.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Programmatic to join our dedicated Media Futures Group (MFG) team managing flagship B2B hardware portfolio for a global technology leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading campaign strategy, management, and execution across Direct Response (DR) and Private Marketplace (PMP) channels, with a heavy focus on Demand Gen and You Tube platforms. You will serve as a primary client-facing leader, translating complex performance data into actionable insights for a highly sophisticated client marketing team.

• Oversee the setup, daily management, optimization, and scaling of programmatic Direct Response (DR) and Demand Gen campaigns across Google Ads and You Tube.
• Serve as a key daily point of contact for the client. Lead campaign status calls, present performance reviews, and effectively communicate strategic recommendations.
• Pull, analyze, and synthesize campaign data to deliver meaningful reports. Translate complex media metrics into business insights that demonstrate ROI to the client.
• Collaborate on full-funnel media strategies, connecting top-of-funnel brand awareness initiatives down to conversion-focused DR tactics.
• Guide and mentor associate team members, ensuring high execution standards, error-free delivery, and smooth workflow management across campaigns.
• Partner closely with internal planning, analytics, and associate director leadership to drive innovation and campaign efficiency across the B2B hardware portfolio.

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on programmatic/digital media buying experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Google Ads, with specific expertise in Demand Gen campaigns. Strong background in You Tube ads and PMP execution is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting directly to clients and managing client expectations.
• Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, interns, or guiding junior team members on campaign execution.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of extracting insights from data and presenting them in a clear, compelling manner.
• Ability to manage complex campaign details and multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be based near a US WPP Media office - hybrid schedule.
