Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the company’s two restaurant brands—Big Apple Bagels ® and My Favorite Muffin ® . This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Franchisees, Operations, and brand partners to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate can combine promotional planning, local store marketing, and digital marketing, along with being able to successfully execute initiatives.

• Support Franchisees with local marketing initiatives designed to grow instore and online sales including catering opportunities.
• Assist locations with planning and executing local events, grand openings, sponsor ships, and community
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing calendars for individual Franchisee locations.
• Implement national promotions through media placement, franchisee coordination and monitor performance.
• Executes all orders for all in-store marketing material.
• Closely work with Operations team to ensure stores are ready for promotional launches.
• Implement offers & initiatives through targeted Rewards App campaigns.
• Collaborate on digital marketing with social media, push notifications, and email campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise setting.
• Experience with local store marketing, loyalty programs, and digital marketing.
• Skilled communicator with good interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships
• Strong project management, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the suite of office tools from Microsoft, Google, and Apple

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Hybrid office and field-based role. Typical week will require four days in the office.
• Limited travel to locations for marketing support, events, and operational collaboration.

The base pay range for this position is $45-50K; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
