Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.

Welcome attendees and provide general event information.

Help organize event materials, supplies, and designated areas.

Support registration, attendee guidance, and scheduled activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.

Respond to routine attendee questions and direct requests when necessary.

Help ensure event activities run smoothly and efficiently.
