Associate Minister Sun West Christian Church

Sun City West Christian Church is a Christian, Bible-based organization focused on providing a friendly family atmosphere for all and pointing everyone to the Truth of Jesus Christ, who He is, what He’s like, and how to be like Him. SCW CHRISTIAN CHURCH (SCWCC) was established December 12, 1991, under the leadership of First Christian Church of Sun City. The present church sanctuary was built in February 1997 and underwent expansion in 2011.

We are seeking a full or part time Associate Minister who could focus on church growth and sharing the Gospel, starting new ministries, recruiting all generations and performing weddings, funerals, as needed. Must be a Christian College graduate who is willing to work with people of all ages.

Sun City West Christian Church is a wonderful Christian church located in a beautiful suburb of Phoenix, AZ. SCWCC has always been a spiritual storehouse in the West Valley of the Phoenix area, where the Bible is taught as God’s inspired and ever-relevant Word to man. It is a non-denominational fellowship of Christians from different religious backgrounds who have found a common acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord.

Our foundation is based firmly upon the Bible as our authority on Christian beliefs and guide to living. We believe that the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, without error, given to us so that we may know and understand the truth of God and His love.

We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three distinct personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit – each possessing all the attributes of Deity. God the Father is the creator and sustainer of the universe. God created humans to have fellowship with Him but have been separated from God by sinfully going their own way. As a result, we need God’s saving grace to reconcile us to Him.
