The Institute for Jewish Spirituality seeks a dynamic Director of Development to lead a team and engage individual and institutional funders in support of IJS’s mission. The role partners with the Executive Director and Board, focusing on major gifts, stewardship, and development operations.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in nonprofit fundraising, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in donor relations, campaigns, and events planning in a fast-paced environment.
