School Nurse Needed $38/LPN $47/RN for 6 y/o Male G‑Tube/Trach

Location:

Chicago, IL 60629

Schedule:

Monday, Thursday & Friday 7am–7pm

Compensation:
Immediate hire at $47 per hour for RN / $38 per hour for LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a 6‑year‑old male with G‑Tube and tracheostomy.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs during scheduled school shifts.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and doctors to develop and implement an individualized care plan.
• Document care activities, progress notes, and incident reports in the electronic health record.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience or willingness to care for pediatric patients with G‑Tube or tracheostomy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
