Job Opportunity: LPN/RN for 22 y/o Male Patient in Chicago, IL
We are Reliance Home Health Caregivers, seeking a nurse for a 22-year-old male patient with a G-Tube and Trach, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7pm-7am in Chicago, IL 60643.
We specialize in long-term 1-on-1 private duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients. We have immediate openings for licensed nurses who want to make a difference in their patients' lives. Training is available for pediatrics, home health, and various skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Possess a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN
- Valid CPR card
