Complete Care at Margate Park is seeking an experienced, energetic, and clinically strong Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in our large, fast‑paced 310‑bed skilled nursing facility located in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago
. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nurse leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to high‑quality resident care.

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing department to ensure top‑quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations, nursing staff performance, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with administrators, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain survey readiness at all times
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training for nursing personnel
• Foster a positive, resident‑centered culture throughout the facility

• Active Illinois RN license required
• Prior DON experience in skilled nursing required — experience in a large facility strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
• Thorough understanding of state/federal regulations, survey processes, and clinical best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
