Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As the Medical Team Administrator
, you’ll serve as the key nursing professional on-site — coordinating patient care, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for an experienced, self-motivated LPN who thrives working independently while leading with professionalism, accountability, and compassion.
Coordinate daily medical operations and patient care within the facility.
Provide direct nursing care while maintaining compliance with all clinical and correctional standards.
Lead by example, supporting teamwork and promoting ethical, patient-centered practices.
Serve as a liaison between the facility, providers, and SHP leadership.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication of medical needs.
