Base pay: $18.00/hr – $24.50/hr (actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more).
Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents, while working alongside a skilled clinical team in a supportive environment.

- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
- Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals.
- Support residents with mobility (ambulating, turning, positioning).
- Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
- Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests.
- Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations.
- Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards.
- Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines.
- Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
