As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect by administering medication and nursing care as directed by their individualized care plan, conducting resident assessments, leading a team, and advocating for your residents.
