Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Legacy Healthcare LLC, located at Clark Manor, a highly respected post‑acute care and skilled nursing facility in Rogers Park, Chicago.

Base pay: $30.15/hr – $43.30/hr (subject to skills and experience).

As an LPN you will ensure residents receive medication and nursing care according to their individualized care plans, conduct resident assessments, lead unit teams, and advocate for resident needs. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will keep residents safe and comfortable, directly influencing their quality of life.
