Nursing Meaning: LPN

Location: Beaver County Detention Center – Beaver, PA
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available. We’re open to the right fit.

As an LPN with SHP, you’ll provide essential care to an underserved patient population in a secure, organized environment.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering and documenting patient care within state scope of practice

Administering prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations

Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to providers

Performing physical assessments and responding to medical needs and emergencies

Following established treatment plans with accuracy and consistency

Collaborating with providers and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
