This is a full‑time, onsite role for a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner based in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include delivering high‑quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting medical evaluations, and coordinating primary and specialty care services for individuals with gastrointestinal conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care, monitor treatment outcomes, and educate patients on maintaining their health and well‑being.
Qualifications- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with expertise in advanced nursing practices
- Strong knowledge and experience in medicine and clinical management
- Proficient in delivering exceptional patient care, including treatment planning and diagnostics
- Experience addressing primary care needs with a focus on gastrointestinal health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, patient‑centered healthcare environment
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing, with certification as a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical gastroenterology setting is a plus
