We are hiring a dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aide or CNA for a full-time, day-shift position to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in a convent home in Chicago (60659 area near Lincolnwood and North Park neighborhoods).

Working 40 hours per week (6:00 am - 2:30 pm), including every other Saturday and Sunday.

• Hourly pay rate $18.00 - $24.00 for Nurse Aides and Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs). Wage will be determined based on factors such as CNA certification, the candidate's relevant work experience/qualifications, and internal equity.

Our Nurse Aide/CNA/Caregiver provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transportation, and restorative care. Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and for communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care for our sisters. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff on duties related to the ongoing needs of residents, according to established standards.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located is a PLUS but not required.
• Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
