Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis for day shifts. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Qualifications- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Educ and families on treatment plans and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
This position is for PRN (as-needed) day shifts, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the department and patients. Required to work 2, 12H shifts and 1 weekend on-call shift per 4-week schedule. Holidays: 2 per year.
CompensationCompensation for the Registered Nurse position is $37.50–$46.50 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
