Clinical Nurse – Stem Cell Transplant (Full‑Time Night)
Join Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a Clinical Nurse in our Stem Cell Transplant unit. This full‑time night position welcomes experienced registered nurses committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Salary: $36.50 – $58.40 per hour, based on experience and internal equity.

- Provide individualized, evidence‑based patient care using the patient‑centered care model.
- Develop and implement culturally sensitive nursing plans for each patient.
- Advocate for patients’ health, safety, and rights, facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to unit operations and policy development.
- Maintain safety and quality standards, including proper documentation and timely interventions.
- Participate in community volunteer initiatives and professional development activities.
- Engage in continuous learning, seeking specialty certification and staying current with evidence‑based practice.
- Graduate of an NLN‑accredited nursing program.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of a keyboard for data entry.
- Experience in stem cell transplant or related clinical area.
- Nursing specialty certification, if eligible.
