• Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate in developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
• Work closely with oncologists, hematologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality, personalized care.
• Monitor patient progress, provide follow-up evaluations, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and supportive care.
• Advocate for patient care and ensure a compassionate approach to all interactions.

• Master’s degree in Nursing (NP program) from an accredited institution.
• Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license and certification in Hematology/Oncology or relevant clinical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an APRN in Hematology/Oncology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Expertise in hematology/oncology patient care is preferred, but NPs with diverse clinical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
