3-year-old male participant in need of nursing in the Rogers Park neighborhood.

• Nursing needs include G-Tube monitoring, every hour, daily medication administration, daily help with therapy, equipment and supply management.
• Family wants daytime nursing (three days in a week, 8am to 6pm 10hr shifts)
• This role will be opened from the first week of December 2025.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Provide direct nursing care to children, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Conduct physical examinations and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on health management and provide support for caregivers.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.
