Responsibilities
- Flex / PRN options available :
- Level 1 - 4 shifts / month (2 weekends) $43 / HR
- Level 2 - 12 shifts / month (4 weekends) $47 / HR
- Shift schedule: 12 hours - 7pm - 7:30am or 7am - 7:30pm
- Work 12‑hour shifts on a designated unit in a behavioral health setting for children and teens ages 3‑17.
- Prescribe, coordinate and delegate nursing care using the nursing process as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
- Accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and promote professional nursing practice on the unit.
- Authorized to initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation.
Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital is looking for dynamic Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing compassionate care and supportive treatment with evidence‑based approaches. QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN)
Job Requirements:
- Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
