Whether you're guiding new CNAs, managing medications, or making critical decisions during quiet night hours, your role matters deeply-and you'll be supported every step of the way.

- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborating with physicians, DON / ADON, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance
- Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
- Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality
- Current RN license in Illinois
- CPR / BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF / LTC
- Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and a strong team player
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
