You are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect.

Key responsibilities include:

• General supervision of CNAs.
• Conducting performance evaluations.
• Providing education to CNAs as needed.
• Performing activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observing changes in residents’ conditions.
• Ensuring a safe environment.
• Maintaining educational standards.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of CNA experience (preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate).
