We are seeking compassionate, driven healthcare professionals to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading teamwork, and advocating for their well‑being.

Pay: $55,000 - $95,000 per year
Sign‑on bonus: $3,000

To be eligible: a current, unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
