• Unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or completion of a State‑approved CNA training course
• Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate

As a CNA, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your daily duties include supporting activities of daily living, monitoring residents for changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment, and documenting care. Attention to detail and compassionate care are essential to ensure our residents remain comfortable, safe, and well‑supported.
