Registered Nurse-PRN Days job at Eating Recovery Center. Chicago, IL.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis for day shifts. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high‑quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

This position is for PRN (as‑needed) day shifts, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the department and patients.

Required to work 2, 12H shifts and 1 weekend on‑call shift per 4‑week schedule

Holidays- 2 per year

Compensation for the Registered Nurse position is $37.50-$46.50 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
