Responsibilities
Salaries between $40 & $50/hr based on experience. $10,000 sign‑on bonus for PM and Night shift. 8‑hour shifts are available – evenings and nights.
Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is a 160‑bed leading psychiatric hospital that awards a Joint Commission Gold Seal for Trauma‑Informed Care and Neuropsychiatry. As a registered nurse you will:
- Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in accordance with Hartgrove’s philosophy and objectives.
- Prescribe, coordinate, and delegate nursing services using the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
- Assume accountabilityκέ for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and promote professional nursing practice within the unit.
- Initiate restraints or seclusion when medically indicated and assess continuation of care.

Qualifications- Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive/renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
