Description

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for personal home health services in the Jefferson City, MO area with occasional coverage in Kansas City. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $34-46 and includes a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

Monday–Friday, off weekends and holidays. No on‑call duties.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Coordinate care with the clinical supervisor and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (certificate, diploma, associate, or baccalaureate).
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
• Passion for patient care and excellence.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 50%.
