Responsibilities / Qualifications

How you'll make an impact:

• Diagnose, perform surgery, and treat patients.

• Maintain excellent client communication.
• Accurately record all medical, client, and case information in the patient record.
• Review medical records, estimates, or discharge instructions with clients.
• Follow up with clients and discuss results.
• Set standards of care and protocols for medical and surgical areas.

• Promote practice growth and review financial reports.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the practice manager for administrative tasks.
• Handle clients with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
• Mentor team members for career growth and personal development.

• Provide feedback on training programs.
• Guide support staff to ensure smooth shifts.
• Contribute to employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead and establish a vision for the team.
• Proven skills in performing basic surgeries and using standard medical instruments.
• Proficiency in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing skills.
• Patience and composure in stressful situations.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during crises.
• Competence in giving SQ, IM, and IV injections.
• Knowledge of common prescription drugs, their usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Understanding of anesthesia and recovery states, and ability to monitor hospitalized patients.
• Ability to properly extubate, monitor temperature, and recover patients from anesthesia.
• Proficiency in English and in using practice management software.
