Compensation: $17.20 per hour

How You’ll ContributeThe Facilities Cleaning Crew plays a vital role in delivering best‑in‑class fan experiences at Wrigley Field. Ideal candidates are consistent, energetic, engaging, passionate, personable, proactive, and welcoming.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Perform general housekeeping functions, cleaning ballpark seating areas, restrooms, concourses, and exterior areas.
- Prepare restrooms for games and events, cleaning fixtures, stocking dispensers, and ensuring areas are fan‑ready.
- Monitor restrooms and concourse areas during events; patrol assigned sections to maintain cleanliness.
- Safeguard safety by keeping floors free of slip hazards, using signage, and mopping floors as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling containers in concourses before, during, and after events.
- Patrol exterior of the ballpark, sweep, empty containers, clean spills, and remove graffiti.
- Assist Grounds Crew with field duties such as tarp deployment or removal of the infield.
- Report any unruly or customer‑related issues to the command center.
- Complete other duties as required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks: bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb stairs, walk on uneven ground, walk up and down ramps, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Availability for the minimum 270 hours per season (March–October), including nights, weekends, and holidays; averages ~45 hours/month.
- Strong guest‑service skills, welcoming guests and ensuring positive experiences.
- Up‑to‑date work ethic, punctuality, and ability to collaborate with teammates.
- Ability to work in extreme heat, cold, rain, and humidity while maintaining performance and safety standards.
- Capacity to thrive in a high‑traffic environment and under stress.
- 18 years or older.
