Beztak is looking to hire a Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the grounds keeping staff while also maintaining the physical condition of the property and grounds.

$500 sign on bonus after first 90 days

• Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris‑free, and top‑quality environment
• Oversee grounds keeping staff to ensure high standards are always being met
• Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
• Always complies with company safety policy

• Strong initiative

• High school diploma preferred
• Able to work flexible schedule when needed
