• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
• Hold an Illinois State License or have the ability to obtain one
• Have at least 3+ years of clinical experience
• You’re passionate about urgent care and client communication
• You’ve got (or are willing to get) your DEA license and USDA accreditation
• You’re excited about building a practice and lead a team
• You value autonomy, mentorship, and collaboration
