We are looking for:

Neurology Veterinary Assistant

Initial hiring range starts between $22.50/hour and $30/hour based on experience.

In Neurology you can expecttobehandle a variety of cases and run CT or MRI scans, as well as be involved in advanced neurological treatments and procedures.

The skills needed for this department rely heavily on being a team player,compassionateandhavea focus on excellent patient care.

Whatyou’lldo:

Assistin surgical procedures

Client communications, scheduling and education over the phone and face to face

Manage appointments, obtain histories and updated patient information

Accurate and thorough documentationofmedical records

Assist with spinal and joint tap procedures, and perform venipuncture

Who you are:

Prior veterinary experience required,previousneurologyexperience desired

Proficientincalculations(drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)

Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
