• Manage a multi‑line phone system and greet clients with a positive, compassionate attitude.
• Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and process financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Educate clients on pet wellness and recommend preventive care and hospital services.
• Demonstrate empathy and respect in all interactions, treating each pet like your own.

• Passion for excellent customer service and genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to stay calm under stress.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑first mindset and ability to work independently or with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
