Role OverviewAs a part-time, W2 Daytime Dog Walker, you'll ensure our clients' dogs are happy, healthy, and well cared for during weekday walks. This role includes benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k) payroll contributions; perfect for animal lovers who thrive in a reliable routine.
What You'll Do- Prepare the dogs in each household to outside with appropriate safety gear
- Lead 30-60 minute walks and active play sessions
- Administer food, water, or medication per client instructions.
- Clean up after pups outdoors and indoors as needed.
- Send updates/photos and log behavior or health notes.
- Build strong rapport with pets and their owners

- Availability Monday-Friday, 10AM-4PM (required).
- Age 18+ and U.S.work authorization.
- Reliable commute to Chicago service areas listed above.
- Ability to work in all weather and walk several hours per day.
- Smartphone with data plan for communication and tracking.
- Reliable access to a vehicle is preferred but not required. Team members with vehicle access may be eligible for larger routes and additional hours based on client demand and route availability. Candidates without a vehicle will be considered for smaller, walkable routes.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Pay & Perks
- Paid per walk (rate varies by visit length and location).
- Typical earnings: $250-$350 per week (~15-20 hours).
- $300 bonus after a successful 90 day review.
- PTO accrual and 401(k) eligibility after 6 months.
