Quality Technician

• Conduct thorough inspections and documentation for 80% of the workday.
• Operate and program the CMM machine, accounting for 15% of the workday.
• Perform general duties, including cleaning the work area and filing paperwork, for 5% of the workday.
• Ensure compliance with GD&T, ISO standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in the PPAP process.

• Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.
• Strong blueprint reading skills or a strong mathematical aptitude.
• Understanding of tolerances and dimensions.
• Experience with GD&T and internal auditing.
• A proactive and technical mindset.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
