English to Kazakh Review Lead UI, Marketing & Product Content

Welo Global is a leader in multilingual AI, technology, and content solutions with a global client base. This role owns the English to Kazakh language quality, serves as the primary client facing linguistic expert, and drives consistency and governance across UI, marketing, product, informational, legal, and support content.

• Analyse client style guides and glossaries to determine affected quality categories and content types
• Publish a structured monthly quality digest with updates, priorities, and arbitration outcomes
• Coach Reviewers one-to-one, conduct shadowing sessions, and deliver data-driven training
• Turn recurring justification patterns into style guide proposals and share findings with Quality Managers
• Maintain alignment with the client by elevating decisions and reducing surprises

• 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance, Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance
• Direct experience as primary contact for client Language Managers and handling escalations
• Deep experience with localization evaluation frameworks such as RQE, LQE, and severity mapping
• Ability to analyse style guide changes and map expectations by content type
• Strong meeting facilitation, coaching, shadowing, and monthly quality reporting
• Native-level Kazakh and professional-level English
