We're looking for someone with a great attitude and fantastic customer service to work at our luxury property in Streeterville, Sienna Apartments. As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about leasing and marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the apartment rental industry.

As part of this role, we will provide mentorship and hands‑on training to help you grow into a successful leasing agent. There is potential for this position to lead to a full-time role with RMK Management at this or another RMK property in the future.

if you are a licensed Broker, you may not engage in both home sales and leasing with our company simultaneously, as it would be considered a conflict of interest.

• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
• Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.

• Must have Leasing or Broker's License
• Property Management experience
• High School education
• Working weekends is required

• Experience in leasing or other sales positions.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Yardi/CRM experience
