• Assist clients in the home buying process, including property identification, scheduling showings, and market analysis.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Conduct property tours and explain features and benefits of each property.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and local developments to provide current information to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns throughout the process.

• Active Real Estate License in Illinois
• Proven experience as a Buyers Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Chicago real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with real estate software and technology
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused attitude and passion for helping clients
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Chicago
• High integrity and professional ethics
