As a Leasing Agent with GC Realty & Development, you’ll be on the front lines of creating a great first impression. You’ll guide prospective renters through the leasing process — from the first inquiry to move‑in day — making sure every interaction is smooth, positive, and professional.

You’ll spend your time showing homes, keeping listings sharp and accurate, and following up with prospects to help them take the next step. It’s a role for someone who is energized by meeting new people, is quick to respond, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

• $16 - $20 per hour depending on your experience (+ commission)

• Schedule and conduct property tours for potential renters
• Respond to leads promptly — phone, email, or text — no one gets left waiting
• Keep marketing materials and listings fresh with updated photos and details
• Check properties before move-ins to ensure they’re ready for new residents
• Follow up with prospects and answer their questions clearly and quickly
• Build trust through professionalism and transparent communication
• Stay consistent with Fair Housing standards and company processes

• At least 1 year of leasing experience (3 preferred)
• Valid Leasing Agent license
• Strong people skills and an ability to build quick connections
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
• Availability to work in-office in Roselle, IL, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• A Get Stuff Done mindset - dependable, accountable, and driven
