This is a full‑time Leasing Agent position based on‑site in Chicago, IL, offering a combination of salary and commission. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for showing rental properties, maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current tenants, drafting lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with property management policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting lease administration tasks, assisting with property management operations, and addressing tenant inquiries effectively to create an exceptional customer experience.

• Knowledge of leases, lease administration, and drafting lease agreements.
• Experience in property management and residential leasing practices.
