Do you possess sales and customer service experience? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our residential property in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is someone with an outgoing personality and a customer-focused approach. In your role as a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating traffic, prospect tours, and meeting occupancy goals.

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in sales and customer service
- Prior experience in property management is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects and residents.
- Convert leads into tours.
- Actively listen to prospect needs and show available apartments.
- Meet required closing goals.
- Process resident screenings and prepare lease documents.
- Thoroughly walk apartments to ensure move-in ready.
- Assist with resident relations and functions.
- Learn surrounding market.
- Follow all fair housing compliance laws and regulations.
- Any other responsibilities required for the role.
