Real Estate Agent
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Chicago, IL. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and performing market analyses. The agent will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the property transaction process.
Qualifications- Valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices
- Experience in Sales and an understanding of Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to analyze and interpret real estate data
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends in Chicago, IL is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
