Leasing Agent

Overview

Green Ivy Realty & Property Management is seeking an in‑house Leasing Agent for over 350 units. Green Ivy is a fast‑growing company specializing in Property Management services, Residential Rentals, and Sales in the north Chicago area. As an in‑house Leasing Agent, you will be the face and voice behind our excellent customer service and will interact with clients, employees, agents, and customers throughout the organization.

• Assisting & supporting the day‑to‑day needs of the team leader
• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• General property inspections for marketing
• Tracking and responding to rental leads
• Supporting the team leader with property showings
• Coordinating lease signings and move‑in/out transactions
• Supporting property managers on turnover projects
• Assisting with important company projects

• Proficient typing and general computer skills
• Positive, goal‑oriented, and upbeat attitude
• Minimum of 2 years of real‑estate experience with residential leasing or management (preferred)
• Current Illinois Leasing Agent or Broker license or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Resides within close proximity of the office
• Capacity to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving and timely decision‑making skills
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with occasional nights and/or weekends as needed

• Full‑time position
• $50,000–$60,000 yearly salary (depending on experience and certifications)
